Το Institute of Post-Epicurean Garden (iPeg), οι Faux Editions και τα συναφή συμπόσια, οι εκθέσεις, οι ατελεύτητες συζητήσεις, τα φυλλάδια, τα σεμινάρια, τα holzwege (δρόμοι στο δάσος) και οι γιορτές λειτουργούν στο πλαίσιο δραστηριοτήτων του Τμήματος Αρχιτεκτόνων Μηχανικών του Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλίας και λαμβάνουν χώρα στη Δροσιά Αττικής.
Το iPeg είναι μια Προσωρινή Συνεύρεση Αδέξιων Κηπουρών (ΠΡΟΣΑΚ) που δημιουργήθηκε τις ημέρες της πανδημίας του COVID-19. Συντονίζεται από τους: Μαρία Παπαδημητρίου, Γιώργο Τζιρτζιλάκη, Σεβαστιάνα Κωνστάκη, Ορέστη Τζιρτζιλάκη, Γιώργο Μπεκιράκη, Έφη Φαλίδα, Γιώργο Καλύβη και Στέφανο Παπαγεωργίου.

«Ένα ζεύγος εχθρών κραδαίνουν ξύλα και παλεύουν καταμεσής της κινητής άμμου.... Όμως ο ζωγράφος – ο Γκόγια- βύθισε τους δύο μονομάχους στην λάσπη μέχρι τα γόνατα... Με την κάθε τους κίνηση μια γλυστερή τρύπα τους καταπίνει... Όσο πιο θερμός ο αγώνας, τόσο πιο ζωηρές και απότομες οι κινήσεις, που επισπεύδουν το βάλτωμα Οι αντιμαχόμενοι δεν βλέπουν την άβυσσο στην οποία σπεύδουν. Απ' έξω, ωστόσο, εμείς το βλέπουμε καθαρά.»
